Philips Respironics Sleep Therapy System Plus Features

System One Humidity Control--Adequate humidification is key to maintaining a healthy and comfortable airway while using CPAP therapy.  The System One Humidity Control provides a consistent delivery of relative humidity at the mask and is adjustable to meet the personal humidity needs of each person.  System One Humidity Control monitors ambient room temperature and humidity and adjusts throughout the night to maintain the selected relative humidity level.  With such control, rainout is prevented and/or eliminated.

Dry Box Technology--The combination of water chamber design and Dry Box technology eliminates the risk of water getting into the electronics of the machine.  The fully filled water chamber (filled to the "FULL" indicator line) can be tipped and turned upside down without leaking into the unit.  However, should any water escape from the chamber, the Dry Box prevents it from entering the unit.

Bi-Flex--Bi-Flex pressure relief technology offers pressure relief at inhalation and exhalation to make BiPAP therapy more like natural breathing. By tracking each breath, Bi-Flex pressure relief technology delivers pressure relief at three critical points in the breathing cycle:

1. the transition from exhalation to inhalation
   
2. the transition from inhalation to exhalation
   
3. during exhalation.

      Data Storage/Recording--Like the M Series, this new sleep therapy system records valuable information such as apnea/hypopnea index and mask leakage.

All CPAP/Bilevel machines purchased from EZ CPAP include the travel bag, power cord(s), tubing, operation manual(s), and data card (if unit uses a data card).
