General Return Information

EZ CPAP will accept returns on any unopened product within 14 days of the ship date. A 20% restocking fee will be charged to your account and a credit for the original purchase, minus the shipping fee, will be issued. 

PLEASE make sure that you received the correct product—brand, style, and size-- before you open the packaging! We are unable to accept returns on any opened products. If the wrong item was shipped, it may be returned for a full credit including shipping, provided the original packaging has not been opened. You will not be charged a restocking fee on any returns of products shipped in error. 

If you receive a package that is damaged in any way, do not accept it. If you are not present to sign for the package but find it damaged, do not open it and call EZ CPAP, LLC at 877-392-7270 to obtain return authorization. Once you have received authorization from EZ CPAP, LLC we will mail a pre-paid mailing label from FedEx/UPS to you. When you have received the mailing label, simply use it to return the package to us. We will automatically send you a new package with the item(s) you ordered.

*Before returning any product you must first obtain return authorization from EZ CPAP, LLC. Any returns received without prior return authorization will not be accepted and credited to your account.*


Masks

Due to state and federal health regulations, any mask that has been worn cannot be returned. Therefore, we will not accept returns on opened packages.

When choosing your mask size, please note that mask sizes vary greatly—even within one manufacturer’s product lines. If you are unsure about the fit of any mask, please call us (toll-free) at 877-392-7270. Our knowledgeable and experienced staff will be happy to help you. This policy only covers manufacturer defects and does not include damages caused by the consumer, including but not limited to, pet damages, stepping on the mask, children damaging the mask, loss of mask parts, etc. Any items shipped to EZ CPAP, LLC without prior return authorization will not be accepted and will not be credited to your account.

Machines

Due to state and federal health regulations, CPAP and Bilevel machines cannot be returned if opened and hours of use have been recorded. 

Units that are defective at the time of receipt must be returned within 14 days of the ship date in order to receive a full refund or exchange. You must obtain return authorization from EZ CPAP, LLC before you return the item. This policy only covers manufacturer defects and does not include damages caused by the consumer, including but not limited to pet damages, water damage, or a unit that has been dropped. Any items shipped to EZ CPAP, LLC without prior return authorization will not be accepted and will not be credited to your account.

Once your return is received, we will promptly issue a refund, including the cost of shipping, provided the merchandise is defective or you received the incorrect items. For all other returns, shipping is not refundable. If you are exchanging, your exchange will be sent to you immediately upon your call to us for return authorization.

Warranty Returns

Most sleep equipment manufacturers offer a warranty on their machines. If your unit is malfunctioning in some way, please call us at 877-392-7270 to troubleshoot the problem. If we are unable to help you over the phone and your machine is still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will have you send us the defective machine and a new unit will be sent to you. Shipping and handling fees will be your responsibility.

Please remember that damages caused by the consumer are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Defective equipment must be returned to EZ CPAP, LLC for warranty service. You are responsible for all shipping charges and they are not refundable.
