Rental CPAP or Bilevel Machine with Humidifier

If you are temporarily in need of a CPAP or Bilevel unit, we can help!  Following is our rental fee schedule:

A refundable deposit of $200.00 is required at the time that you pick up your rental equipment.
If renting for 1-7 nights, the rental fee is $15.00 per night.
If renting for 8+ nights, up to 29 nights, the fee is $10.00 per night.
Rentals for 30+ nights are $5.00 per night.
If rental must be shipped to you, you are responsible for all shipping costs.

Total estimated payment is due at time of rental.  Tubing and masks are NOT included in the rental fee. 

Additional fees may apply for equipment returned in poor condition. Once the machine, and all parts (not including tubing and mask), is returned in good condition, the $200.00 deposit will be refunded.
