Internet Purchases with a Prescription
Many items that you purchase through our web site require a prescription. Your physician will be able to provide it for you. The steps that occur during the purchase process are the following:
- Select a product
- Enter your information
- The order is received
- The order is reviewed by our staff
- If you have a current prescription on file, the order will be processed promptly
- If you do not have a current prescription, the order will be held
- When a prescription is received
- Your credit card will be charged for the sale
- The product is shipped.
Your prescription can be faxed, emailed or mailed to us at any time. Orders are held for 60 days after which they will be deleted.

Prescription Policy
A valid prescription from a licensed physician is required for all masks and CPAP/Bi-level machines.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) classifies all masks and CPAP/Bi-level machines as Class II medical devices. Therefore, a prescription from a licensed physician (MD or DO) must be submitted to EZ CPAP, LLC prior to the shipping of any mask or CPAP/Bi-Level product. Your credit card will not be processed and your order will not be shipped until EZ CPAP, LLC has received a valid prescription for the product. Sale of our products is limited to U.S. residents only.
Prescriptions may be mailed via postal service, e-mailed or faxed. See the bottom of this page for email address and fax number.
EZ CPAP, LLC will not make any exceptions to this policy. EZ CPAP, LLC reserves the right to amend this prescription policy as dictated by law at any time.
