Federal law requires that we have a valid prescription on file for each customer purchasing CPAP masks and machines. We understand the various difficulties that you may have in obtaining a current prescription. And we understand how frustrating it can be to not be able to get the equipment you need when you need it. Our goal is to make this process as easy as possible for you.

At EZ CPAP we can in many cases provide CPAP equipment even if you do not have a current prescription. In order to do this, we must ask you a series of questions regarding your experience with CPAP equipment and how you currently use CPAP. All HIPPA laws are observed regarding your personal information. Once we have obtained your information, your case will be reviewed by our physician. If the information provided is appropriate, your purchase will be processed. You are not charged a fee for this review. Our review is completed within an hour of receiving your information and will not delay the shipment of your purchase.

Approval of your order is subject to the discretion of the EZ CPAP. EZ CPAP reserves the right to refuse any purchase for supplies based on the information you provide. This policy is in place to ensure that you are receiving proper care regarding your sleep apnea. Should we be unable to fulfill your order, we will recommend that you follow up with your own physician to obtain a prescription for your supplies. If you do not have a physician and you are an Arizona resident, we would be happy to refer you to a sleep specialist in the general Phoenix area. 

If you have a sleep physician, primary care physician or other physician who provides your CPAP equipment prescriptions, we are happy to contact them for you and request a new prescription prior to your purchase.
