Mask Return Insurance Policy
As most experienced CPAP users know, finding the most comfortable mask with the best seal can be a difficult and costly experience. Your first choice may not be the best fit, but since an opened mask cannot be returned, you will be discouraged to purchase a second mask without knowing if it will work for you. While we do not recommend that you purchase your first CPAP mask online, experienced CPAP users may wish to try something new. In compliance with FDA regulations and for your protection, EZ CPAP provides only brand new CPAP masks which cannot be returned once opened and/or used.
As a solution, we offer a Mask Return Insurance Policy, which for an additional fee per mask allows you to return a used mask purchased from EZ CPAP within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund minus the cost of shipping. Not all masks are eligible for return insurance coverage. The return insurance policy must be purchased at the time you purchase the mask in order to return it after it has been opened and used. The price of the return insurance policy is determined by the individual mask and is subject to change at any time.
When you choose to purchase the return policy with the purchase of your mask, we will include a return shipping label for UPS in your package. Should you decide to return the mask, simply attach the return shipping label to your return and drop it off at any UPS Store or pickup location. Once we receive your return, we will credit your account for the price of the mask, minus the shipping fee. |
